Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and you will be charged for the full session. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
