Glen
Glen will attest that yoga can change your life for the better. Whether through physical asana or diving deep into the philosophical and spiritual elements, its effects can be profound. He found this change in his life in 2016 and shortly thereafter completed his first teacher training with Holistic Yoga School in Colorado. He has maintained his practice since then, and he recently completed his 300-hour training certification through the same school. After teaching various subjects at the college level for a handful of years, he is happy to be back here in our community, teaching what he loves and believes in most.

Get ready to experience her passion for movement and wellness in her Pilates classes! When she's not at the studio, Brittany is also a devoted mom of two, a loving wife, and a true animal lover, especially when it comes to her horse, Breezy. Her love for cooking is unmatched, and her background as a gymnast and cheerleader shines through in her teaching. With eight years of coaching experience and her warm, welcoming presence as the front desk girl, she truly brings so much to our Monroe Yoga Family. You won't want to miss her Pilates classes!

Shawna
Shawna first fell in love with yoga more than two decades ago. As a former dancer and athlete, turned global marketing executive, yoga's mind-body connection offered Shawna a blueprint to approaching life off the mat and navigating from a place of calm in our fast-paced world. Over the last 20 years, she has explored multiple yoga styles and studied and practiced with teachers around the country obtaining certifications in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Her truest passion is supporting others on their journey toward personal and entrepreneurial growth and success. Away from yoga, you will find Shawna leading corporate wellness programs, traveling, reading, biking, hiking, enjoying culinary experiences with friends, and renovating her parents 100 year old home as a gathering place for her large family.

Milena
My yoga journey began back in high school, but it wasn’t until college—while juggling academics, athletics, and two jobs—that I truly leaned into the practice. Yoga became my anchor in the midst of chaos, offering a space to reconnect, reset, and stay grounded.
At the end of 2023, I began my teacher training and became a certified instructor in early 2024. In addition to teaching yoga, I work as a therapist, which deeply informs my approach to movement and mindfulness. I believe in yoga as a powerful tool for both physical and emotional healing.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me outside—going for walks, breathing fresh air, and soaking in the calm that nature provides.

Jackie
Jackie fell in love with yoga in 2012 and ventured off to Bali, Indonesia for her RYT-200hr with Kula Collective in 2016. A special education teacher by day, she naturally guides students toward mindful movement, offering variations to ensure every body feels confident and welcome. Her teaching weaves breathwork and mindfulness, helping yogis cultivate strength, clarity, and calm—both on and off the mat. Outside of the studio, she’s likely cooking, rollerskating, or spending quality time with loved ones. Join her to rejuvenate, find balance, and embrace yoga’s transformative power, one breath at a time!
Andrea
Faith and Family are Andrea’s greatest joys. While being a wife and a mother of 5, she also makes time for health and wellness. Andrea has over 15 years of experience helping others reach their wellness goals as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. While her goal when she started was mostly fitness related, over time her passion has grown to helping women reach their overall health and wellness goals, not just changing what is on the outside, but working to be healthy spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. When Andrea is not with her family or working on her farm she spends time learning ways to bring new and exciting ideas to her classes so they are always fresh, challenging and full of motivation.
